• Ensure the management and evaluation of safety, hygiene activity, environment monitoring, and safety training in factory.
• Ensure ISO compliance to ISO 14001 and local Environmental regulation.
• Ensure ISO compliance to ISO 45001 and local H&S Regulation (K3L).
• Manage, implement, and evaluate daily monitoring environment aspect.
• Manage, implement, and evaluate daily monitoring safety in factory.
• Conduct and review JSA, HIRA. and Training safety.

• D3/S1 in all HSE related background (Environmental Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Public Health is preferredl. Experience in footwear or other manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Familiar with environmental document IAMDAL RKL-RPL, SIMPELI.
• Strong understanding of HSE Permit and knowledge of Adidas SEA Standards.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment. Self-starter, fast learner who is detail oriented and has critical thinking.
• Willing to be placed in Brebes, Jawa Tengah by January 2022.
