Detailed Job Description:
  1.  Facilitating, coordinating, evaluating and controlling all Occupational Safety and Health activities
  2. Monitoring the compliance system of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  3. Identifying hazards, assessing and providing recommendations for appropriate improvements
  4. Implementing SHE principles and running a quality management system and K3L
  5. Develop OHS campaign program, system & training
  6. Ensuring that all training related to HSE is carried out
  7. Generate statistical reports related to SHE performance 
 
Requirements :
  • Max 37 years aid 
  •  Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from industrial Engineering / Environmental Engineering / K3 / F KM
  •  Have AK3U, ISO (9001; 1400i; 45001) certifications
  •  At least have 3 years working experience as Safety Officer SHE GO and as Safety Supervisor (SHE SH) in contractor/owner mining industry
  • Experienced developing and building innovation to improve The SHE system
  • Have a good leadership skills
  • Have a good communication skills
  • Can work together with a team
  • Willing to follow & comply all the recruitment process Willing to be placed at all sites
