Requirement :

• Able to map potential danger in working environment
• Have valid and active K3
• Able to propose an idea or project to management in order to improve HSE, reporting to HR Manager
• Making sure all APD is used properly
• Making sure all safety equipment is accessible, used if needed, and the employee know how to use it Lead safety committee
• Strong leadership and able to communicate HSE regulation and rule to the employee Able to think on their feet fast and able to work as either team and individually, creative in making HSE programs and improvement
• Able to lobby government officials if needed in order to create smooth HSE programs Able to participate in external and internal audit, have clean and precise documentations, and organized.
• Placement in Jababeka, but will help 3 factory (2 Jababeka, 1 Lippo Cikarang) and HO also in Jakarta (for Drivers)
