• Great Presentation Skills & familiar with critical HSE training topics and various aspects of operations process in industries.
• Interpreting federal, state, and local regulations regarding occupational health and safety standards and implementing policies to ensure compliance.
•  Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
•  Observing employee safety performance to ensure that they are complying with safety rules and standards.
•  Minimum 3 years experience in safety training & have TOT Certification.
•  Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the workplace to promote safety awareness.
• Strong leadership character & good team player.
•  Good skills in spoken and written English.
• Willing to be placed at Morowali with site based roster 7 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
