SHE Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Great Presentation Skills & familiar with critical HSE training topics and various aspects of operations process in industries.
- Interpreting federal, state, and local regulations regarding occupational health and safety standards and implementing policies to ensure compliance.
- Performing administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
- Observing employee safety performance to ensure that they are complying with safety rules and standards.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the workplace to promote safety awareness.
Requirements :
- Min 3. years experience in safety training & have TOT Certification.
- Good skills in spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership character & good team player.
- Have experience in chemical processing industry is preferable.
