HYGIENE MANAGER
General Requirements :
- Min 1 year work experience in a hotel or larger operations, preferably with experience in luxury International brands
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma would be advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standard, familiar with ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 will be essential
- Good customer service, communication, Interpersonal skills are a must
- Excellent In English (both verbal and written)
