Safety Leader

Responsibilty.

• Carry out the implementation of safety programs that have been approved by management

• Prepare Safety procedures

• Conduct & prepare HSE inspection report

• Conduct & prepare PPE inspection report

• Conduct & prepare accident/ incident investigation report. Including support implementation of follow up action

• Conduct & prepare safety induction report

• Conduct & prepare HSE Training report

Requirements:

D4 / S1/ Safety Engineering/ HSE/ Hiperkes/ Public Health
Max. Age 28 years old
Min. Experience 2 years
Minimum GPA 3.0
Have certification of Ahlt K3 Umum
Have knowledge of Safety Management System, Quality Management System. Environmental Management System, and Indonesian Regulations
Fuent in English both spoken and written
Ready to be place in Lamongan
