1. Coordinate the passenger and materials list and boarding priorities with the Drilling Supervisors.
2. Notify the air transport service provider (Aviation Contractor) of the scheduled flight plan and coordinate staff timetables
3. Communicate with contractor representatives to verify the identity of personnel to board/disembark.
4. Coordinate the airport arrival time and date .th the logistical representatives of every contractor andlor in-house personnel who will be boarding,
5. Verify that each passenger is included in die updated HSE list.
6. Supervise the reception and logging of passengers and their lugage.
7. Supervise the air safety briefing anti its logging.
8. Check the state of repair of each passenger's survival suits. gloves and hats prior to entering the pre-departure are. • Coordinate the airport arrival time and date with the handling agents.
9. Monitor compliance with airport and customs procedures. 

• Minimum 3 years as Aviation Coordinator in Offshore Drilling Projects. Experience in Indonesia (Sumatra) is advantageous
• Valid Offshore Survival certification le.g. HOSIET or equivalent).
• Valid Medical certification.
• Skills on WELS operator as user.
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language.
• Ability to devise arid execute complex plans.
